Privacy Policy
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The website www.cosmos-shop.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is owned and administered by MB Laurenta, company code 304624441 (registered office address: Musninkų g.2-20, Vilnius) (hereinafter referred to as COSMOS-SHOP.LT).
1.2. This Privacy Policy is a written document that sets forth the privacy practices (the “Privacy Policy”) that apply to all persons using the Site and Services. The terms used in the Privacy Policy correspond to the terms defined in the Website Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) (use of the Website, the Service, etc.) and their meaning, except where certain terms are separately defined in these Privacy Policy.
1.3. By using the Website and/or the Services in any manner and form, the Visitor unconditionally and irrevocably undertakes to comply with all the requirements set out in this Privacy Policy. If the Visitor does not agree to unconditionally and irrevocably accept and abide by all the obligations set out in this Privacy Policy, the Visitor shall not be entitled to use the Website and/or the Services.
1.4. COSMOS-SHOP.LT has the right to unilaterally change and/or amend these Privacy Policy at any time. Changes to the Privacy Policy shall come into force upon their publication on the Website. If the Visitor continues to use the Website and/or the Services after the publication of the amendment and/or supplement to the Privacy Policy, it shall be deemed that the Visitor unambiguously agrees with all amendments and/or supplements to the Privacy Policy. If the Visitor does not agree to the amended and/or supplemented Privacy Policy, he/she shall lose the right to use the Website and/or Services.
1.5. The collection, processing and storage of personal data is governed by these Privacy Policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
2. DATA COLLECTED BY COSMOS-SHOP.LT
2.1. You may only use or have full access to the Site and the Services by completing the registration procedure on the Site. The registration procedure is carried out by clicking on the relevant link on the Website, filling in all the mandatory fields of the registration form (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, login password) and, at the Visitor’s choice, filling in the optional fields, thus providing the data about oneself to the COSMOS-SHOP.LT (“Data”).
2.2. COSMOS-SHOP.LT has the right to use, at its sole discretion, any data provided by the Visitor during the registration procedure, as well as any other data collected by QUEENBOUTIQUE.LT about the Visitor.
2.3. The data that is collected during the registration procedure and/or during the use of the Website and/or the Services are divided into:
2.3.1. Anonymous data. COSMOS-SHOP.LT collects anonymous data relating to facts that cannot be attributed to an individual Visitor. For example, COSMOS-SHOP.LT collects certain information each time a Visitor visits the Site in order to improve the quality of their browsing experience on the Site. COSMOS-SHOP.LT collects the IP addresses and related data (e.g., the last web address of the last website visited before visiting the COSMOS-SHOP.LT network portal) of all Visitors and the types of browsers and operating systems (e.g., Firefox. Windows OS). COSMOS-SHOP.LT also collects aggregated search terms from various search engines focused on in-house advertising. COSMOS-SHOP.LT collects this information from all Visitors for the purposes of monitoring, improving and directly promoting the Services. COSMOS-SHOP.LT also collects information about the Visitor’s responses to questions submitted on the Sites in order to find out the Visitor’s opinion about the Services, as well as the advertisements placed on the Sites. COSMOS-SHOP.LT receives this information from all Visitors, regardless of whether they are registered or not.
2.3.2. Personal data. This is data that can be used to identify a specific Visitor. Within the meaning of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Lithuania, these data are considered personal data. Such data is collected and processed only with the consent of the Visitor, in the ways set out below:
2.3.2.1. Registration: when registering on the Website, the Visitor must provide the following data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, login password). The Visitor may also voluntarily provide the following information: personal identification number (if he/she wishes to be invoiced), home address (if he/she wishes to have the goods ordered delivered to his/her home).
2.3.2.2. Correspondence and communication: if a Visitor contacts COSMOS-SHOP.LT, COSMOS-SHOP.LT may keep a record of such communication and other related information.
2.3.2.4. COSMOS-SHOP.LT has the right to collect data about the Visitor when he/she logs in to the Site. This data shows which pages of the Website the Visitor visits, at what time and how often, and which services they use. Also, this information includes data that the Visitor sends to the Website.
2.4. The data subject may at any time contact the email address of the Data Protection Officer. COSMOS-SHOP.LT administration and have access to the collected data and to request their correction, destruction or suspension of the processing of your personal data, where the data are processed in violation of the law.
3. DATA RECIPIENTS
3.1. The Anonymous Data collected is processed, processed and used by COSMOS-SHOP.LT for self-promotion and other similar purposes. Anonymous data may be communicated to third parties and made public.
3.2. The collected Personal Data is processed by COSMOS-SHOP.LT in strict compliance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Lithuania. COSMOS-SHOP.LT processes personal data only for the following purposes: to establish the identity and contact details of the person who purchases goods on the Site; to create a login account in the forum on the Site; to establish the identity and contact details of persons who wish to access complaints and offers of COSMOS-SHOP.LT by using the special module installed on the Site; and, with the Visitor’s consent, for the purposes of direct marketing. Personal information is not passed on to any third parties, except if required to do so by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.3. The website may contain active hyperlinks to other websites. Some of these websites may collect personal information about the Visitor, and advertising websites may use cookies and web beacons in their advertising to collect information about the Visitor. The COSMOS-SHOP.LT Privacy Policy and the provisions set forth herein do not include third party privacy policies and information collection provisions. COSMOS-SHOP.LT is not and cannot be held responsible for any actions of third parties collecting information about the Visitor.
3.4. The data subject shall have the right to be informed of the recipients to whom his or her personal data have been disclosed in the last one year.
4. USE OF VISITOR INFORMATION
4.1. COSMOS-SHOP.LT shall have the right to use, at its own discretion, fully and in any manner not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, all the information collected about the Visitor. The following are examples of the purposes for which COSMOS-SHOP.LT may use information collected about a particular Visitor:
4.1.1. in order to edit the Content in a way that is most relevant to the Visitor. In some cases, COSMOS-SHOP.LT needs to know precise data about the Visitor in order to offer COSMOS-SHOP.LT specialised Services and targeted advertising;
4.1.2. COSMOS-SHOP.LT collects anonymous data from the Visitor and shares it with third parties (e.g. advertisers). COSMOS-SHOP.LT discloses to such persons information about the number of Visitors, the number of Visitors who have seen a particular advertisement and/or clicked on a particular link on a particular Site, etc. COSMOS-SHOP.LT may also provide full demographic statistics of those Visitors who have seen and clicked on the link of the relevant Advertiser. COSMOS-SHOP.LT may also disclose anonymous survey results. This process does not normally disclose any personal information of the Visitor;
4.1.3. COSMOS-SHOP.LT also uses aggregate data for statistical analysis of general characteristics and behaviour of Visitors in order to understand the needs related to certain parts of the Website and to analyse how and where to use the available resources most effectively. Without this data, COSMOS-SHOP.LT would not know which parts of the Site are the most popular and would not be able to make appropriate changes and edits to the Content and the Services offered;
4.1.4. COSMOS-SHOP.LT may use the Visitor’s personal information to contact the Visitor and to notify the Visitor of changes and updates to the Services, as well as to notify the Visitor of any account or violation of the Terms of Service. If the Visitor participates in games or contests organized on the Site, COSMOS-SHOP.LT may use the Visitor’s information in case the Visitor wins and COSMOS-SHOP.LT needs to contact the Visitor;
4.1.5. COSMOS-SHOP.LT may send e-mails or postal letters, as well as short message service (SMS) messages to the Visitor’s mobile phone with information about the Services that COSMOS-SHOP.LT considers would be of interest to the Visitor. The above information is only sent if the Visitor has given his/her consent.
5. PROTECTIVE MEASURES
5.1. COSMOS-SHOP.LT uses software and other measures to protect the Data of all Visitors. Only authorized COSMOS-SHOP.LT employees and/or other persons authorized by COSMOS-SHOP.LT may have access to the Visitor Data.
5.2. COSMOS-SHOP.LT asks the Visitor to be careful in the use and protection of the Data, as the Visitor is solely responsible for the confidentiality of all Data. The visitor should log out of the browser after finishing his/her work in order to make sure that no one accesses the visitor’s email, personal information, especially when the visitor is using a publicly accessible computer (e.g. in an internet café, library). COSMOS-SHOP.LT also warns that the Visitor must be careful and should not disclose his/her personal information (such as the Visitor’s real name, personal identification number, email address, bank account codes, etc.) to third parties when using the Website and/or the Services. Such information may be used and directed against the interests of the Visitor, including acts such as fraud, spamming, etc.
5.3. COSMOS-SHOP.LT undertakes to endeavour to protect the Visitor’s personal data processed by COSMOS-SHOP.LT, however, given that the Visitor’s information is sent via the Internet, COSMOS-SHOP.LT warns that COSMOS-SHOP.LT cannot and does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted by the Visitor, including personal data.
5.4. COSMOS-SHOP.LT takes care to protect the rights of minors and restricts their access to certain adult-only Services. Therefore, certain parts of the Site may be directed to adults only. Minor Visitors are strictly prohibited from accessing such areas of the Site. The Visitor is also responsible not only for his/her own conduct on the Website, but also for the conduct of his/her minor children or other persons under his/her care if they use the Website in the Visitor’s environment, with the Visitor’s permission, or using the Visitor’s hardware.
6. SOFTWARE USED ON THE WEBSITE AND ITS INSTALLATION
6.1. COSMOS-SHOP.LT may make available for installation software of its choice for use on certain Services. The Visitor understands and agrees that COSMOS-SHOP.LT may restrict the Visitor’s ability to use certain Services in cases where certain software is not installed. Such software may be developed both by COSMOS-SHOP.LT and by third parties. The software may be designed in such a way that it independently contacts COSMOS-SHOP.LT’s or third parties’ hardware in order for the installed software to function, as well as in order for the Visitor to have the opportunity to learn about updates and improvements to such software. The terms and conditions of use of such software shall be set out in a separate agreement, the text of which shall be made available to the Visitor upon installation of such software.
