Ordering and Delivery
In Lithuania, we deliver within 1-3 working days* to the post office of your choice (Omniva, LP Express), by Lithuanian Post or courier.
Delivery abroad takes slightly longer.
In Lithuania we deliver to Omniva, LP Express post offices, Lietuvos Paštu and Venipak courier.
In Latvia and Estonia we deliver to Omniva post offices and by post.
Yes. We currently deliver to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Yes. In Lithuania, we deliver free of charge for orders over €75.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. by post, which will contain the details of the goods you have chosen, the invoice and the delivery address or post office, as well as the chosen payment method. Your ordered goods will be successfully dispatched. If the product is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, you can return it easily and free of charge (free returns are only available in Lithuania).
Yes. Select “In-store pick-up” in the delivery window and you can pick up your order at our Cosmos Shop store in Spaudos str. 9, Vilnius.
Orders are usually ready for collection within 2 hours. on weekdays.
Returns
You can return the goods for free within 14 days. from the date of receipt of the goods by filling in the Omniva return form available here.
Returns can be made within 14 days. from the date of receipt of the goods.
- If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of the date of collection.
- The money is refunded to the account specified by the buyer within 14 days.
- If the goods were paid for by bank transfer or at the time of collection, the money will be refunded to the account specified in the return note.
- If the payment was made by credit card, the money is refunded to the same account via the system of your choice.
- When returning goods to the Buyer, the following conditions must be met: the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition; the goods must be undamaged; the goods must be unused and not have lost their merchantable appearance (no damaged labels, protective films, etc.) (this point does not apply in the case of returns of low-quality goods); the returned goods must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received them.
- The returned product must not have been worn, must be in good condition and must not have lost its original appearance.
- You can return the product for an exchange for another size or model.

Yes, you can exchange or return items in person at the physical store at Spaudos g. 9, Vilnius. For returns in the physical store, the same return conditions apply.
